Enjoying the Preseason

With the Yankees early exit, I'm left with 3 weeks of no TV watching almost... just waiting for the NBA season to start. I've been following the preseason and enjoying it. The Bulls are looking good so far. In the first game, they were killing the Bucks with their starters on the floor, then gave the game away when the bench came out in the 4th quarter. That's OK though. Preseason is the time to test things out. Hinrich looks great as he put on over 10 lbs of much needed muscle. I'm glad he took off from Team USA. Nocioni looks fully recovered and is in much better shape than the end of last season. In their second game, they beat one of the best offensive teams in the Mavericks. And last night, they dominated the Wizards. They've had the Wizard's number ever since being eliminated by them from the playoffs 3 years ago. If this pattern continues, the Bulls will hopefully dominate Detroit this season.

The Knicks just lost to the Celtics by 40 points! I know it's preseason, but I still have to laugh. That's bad... 40 points! If this is a preview of things to come, then the Celtics on paper is the real deal and the Knicks still can't translate their stats onto the floor. 12 Days left!
