Rya'c, son of Teal'c from Stargate SG-1 has joined the Clockwork Apple party at about 2 stops from when I get on. He seems to be assimilating well for a Jaffa warrior going to high school on Earth. Rya'c is playing a kid that follows the trends. He's considered cool, but also keeps to himself and gets his homework done.
One of the things I enjoyed about the Stargate SG-1 series is that it's consistent in its cast members, even when they're not main characters. Rya'c only appears in a handful of episodes, but over the 10+ seasons, they've used the same actor to play the part. So we got to see him as a bratty kid in the first season and as a young adult warrior in the later ones.
