Psystar is finally getting sued by Apple. Who didn't see that coming? Anyway, this could be your last chance to snatch one up and have yourself an affordable OSX system. I configured one in their Online store just to se if the price was the same as when I first reviewed it in May. It actually came out $60 more because the price increased on the 2.66 Ghz Core 2 Duo. It's still much cheaper than a Mac Mini of the same spec.Apple will likely win the lawsuit, so there's probably going to be a period towards the end when these systems sell for even lower prices. This happened in the late 90's with clones from PowerComputing, Umax & DayStar. I don't really need one of these systems, but will see what prices are like the moment before shutdown.
