The breakdown is $44.98 - $20 instant rebate - $5 mail-in rebate = $19.98. Any time a flash drive is $10/GB, it's a great price. I bought the 1 GB version a few months ago for $10. This drive is very reliable and comes with U3, a portable application manager.
SanDisk 4 GB FLash Drive for $39.99 @ RadioShack
This deal also fits my $10/GB rule. You can't go wrong with this one because there are no rebates involved.
Western Digital 160 GB EIDE Internal HDD for $39.99 @ Office Depot
The in-store price is $79.99 - $40 mail-in rebate. The 160 GB drives are rarely $40. So if you need a hard drive, now's the time to get one. Usually, the sale price for a 160 GB drive is $50. This is an extra $10 less.
